· I updated roon server with the 4/27 update not realizing it requires osx 12. I just got a new macbook air and how do i transfer my roon server to the new hardware?

In case you don’t have a backup of your old Mac Mini (in this case, make sure that you always have at least one in the future), you can still download Roon 2.64 from before the update and reinstall it on the Mac Mini to create a backup now:

Thank you. I just found the old version and was able to get my old environment running. I ran a full backup through roon and will run a restore to the new server after unauthorizing. I hope that’s all that is needed (restoring old backup version to new server instance).

In case this will help anyone else, this is what i did. After backing up my old server, I installed the old version downloaded from the link onto my new macbook. I restored from the backup and made sure everything was fine and then upgraded to 2.65 through roon on the new hardware. Thank you roon for providing the old version for those of us who don’t read the change logs. It would have been bad if i had to recreate all of my settings, especially peq.
