Translations database -> Roon ARC sync. Notification thread

Hi, @ARC_Translators!

This thread is a notification thread each time we send over-the-air updates of translated strings to Roon ARC. That said, new releases of Roon ARC are no longer needed to see newly translated strings.

Sync was performed today (08/12/22), please, check it out in Roon ARC.

I can not see any new strings.

I also figured there were new translations to be done, but this is the notification thread regarding LocalizeLy Translations transfer to ARC!

P.S. sorry, we are still trying to resolve some issues with having to translate the same strings once again like @alec_eiffel and @Tomasz_Czubkowski mentioned in these threads – here and here.

Please use this thread and also provide a clear architecture on the translations mechanism as they are utilized today?

@oleksandr & @ivan , any news on the architectural description of the translation mechanisms and sources?
With the new release it seems most phrases aree gathered from localize.ly
Has the old translations tool been left behind completely, or is there some migration taking place?

And, please give translators a heads up when phrases are changed, and when it’s time to finish up before translations are synced to ARC and possibly Roon Remote. I am “lost in translation” regarding these questions nowadays…
