Description of Issue

It imported earlier just fine but Roon didn’t recognize the data - it was VERY confusing trying to edit the tracks and most were mislabled, so I deleted the album to start over. Now Roon won’t import the CD. It reads it and then ejects. Why?

How are you ripping the CD, in what format, and where is the ripping occurring, on the Nucleus with a USB CD drive or on another platform?

Hello @Ron_Highnote,

If the CD has already been imported, you would need to go into the Nucleus Samba share and remove the CD from the ripped list and wait 24 hours. There should be a CD Rips folder once you navigate to the Nucleus share, more information can be found below:

If you have another PC, to avoid this kind of hassle use dbPoweramp for your rips.
