Describe the issue

Hi. I’m having no end of trouble trying to play Tidal or Qobuz through Roon. I keep getting logged out and when I am logged in any album won't load. My Roon server is a mini PC. 10th Gen intel core i7 16GB Ram & 2SSDs. I can access my library I have loaded but always have issues with streaming services. Roon radio is fine. Please help

Hello @Mark_Olivetta

I am sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration.

However, the specific symptoms you are describing right now (login failures, metadata/albums not loading) are directly related to a major service disruption currently affecting Cloudflare.

Cloudflare is a global infrastructure provider that handles internet traffic for a vast number of services, including Roon, Qobuz, and Tidal. This is not a specific issue with Roon’s servers or your own ISP, but rather a widespread infrastructure outage affecting the “pipes” that connect them.

What to do now: Please monitor the status of the fix here: CloudFlare Status Page

Once Cloudflare resolves the incident and the systems are back online, please test your streaming again. If the issues persist after the outage is cleared (especially since you mentioned this has been going on for months), please let us know immediately so we can investigate the long-term cause.

Thanks for the update Vadim.
