Trouble getting Roon Arc to work.
Have manually configured the port forwarding settings and set sonic transport to static IP.
Here is the error message in Roon, would appreciate some pointers to try:

“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“<s:Envelope xmlns:s="\” s:encodingStyle="\“><s:Body><s:Fault>s:ClientUPnPError<UPnPError xmlns="urn:schemas-upnp-org:control-1-0">718ConflictInMappingEntry</s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>”}

Thanks you for your support.

Best Regards,

I set up my router manually but couldn’t connect.
I called my ISP and they put the modem in Bridge Mode.

This solved the issue and now Roon Arc is connected.

Thanks to the community for their previous posts which help me track down the issue and fix it.
