Neither the NUC nor its external drive are visible on the network.

Do you mean that it is not visible in the Network section of Windows File Explorer? If so, see this post:

Windows has a habit of not seeing non-Windows devices in the Network section of File Explorer. Try typing in \\ROCK\ in the address field to see if you can kick Windows awake… Example: [image] [image] You might want to add \\ROCK\Data\ as a network location - Windows seems to keep that in its memory… [image]
