Unable to access streamer via File Explorer on Windows 11 (ref#JKU5K8)

I tried the steps mentioned in this link (starting at step 8 for instructions for Windows 11 Home Edition), but it still doesn’t work.

My computer sees the dlna (media player?) on the Salkstream, but cannot access the internal HDD or attached USB HDD that house my music files and Roon database backup files.

Entering the streamer’s IP address just brings up the streamer’s local webpage access
