Unable to Access Tidal Account in Roon Application (ref#05F301)

Description of Issue

Starting from today, the application began to give an error message stating that it cannot access my Tidal account. Just yesterday, everything was working fine. I can easily log into my Tidal account in the browser with my login and password. Attempting to reconnect my Tidal account in the settings of the Roon application has not led to any resolution.

Following up here, I wanted to check in on your current status with Tidal. Are you still having issues logging in? If so, can you please reproduce the issue and share the specific date and time of the failure?

As a next step in troubleshooting:

  • First, Close Roon or Stop Roon Server
  • Then locate your Roon Database
  • Navigate to Database>Registry>Core
  • Locate the TIDAL_account file and delete it
  • Restart Roon or Roon Server
  • Log into TIDAL
