· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable

Tell us what's going on

· Once again, none of the Ronn clients can connect to the Roon server, even though the Docker container is running on the QNAP NAS, Tidal is connected, and the music library is set up. This makes Ronn unusable—this needs to be fixed!

After updating the Ropiees, the problem described has been resolved.

Hello @eydi18_roon,

Thank you for following up and letting us know! I completely understand how frustrating it is when your system suddenly becomes unresponsive overnight, but I am very glad to hear that updating your RoPieee endpoints resolved the issue and got everything communicating smoothly again.

Since you are back up and running, I will go ahead and close this thread. If you run into any more hiccups with your QNAP Docker setup or your endpoints in the future, please don’t hesitate to open a new topic—we are always here to help.

Happy listening!
