OK, so I guess this isn’t the first time this has happened. Also good to know. I guess you’ll have to wait for official support then. They can look at your Roon logs.
Thanks for reaching out to us for help with adding your audio devices to Roon. The best way to troubleshoot this is to take a look at your logs. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader? Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!
Checking in on this thread - can you confirm there is an active internet connection from the HiFi Rose?
If possible, can you simplify your network connection and get a direct Ethernet connection between your server and audio devices? Temporarily bypass any switches and then reboot your system.
Let me know if you’re able to connect after the above - thank you!
In case you’re using a MacOS RoonServer machine - if you haven’t already, try going to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and toggling it on for Roon. Try toggling it off/back on even if you’ve taken this step already.
Sequoia 15.x+ can interfere with Roon and RAATServer’s network visibility. The team has work in the pipeline to improve this, but the above step is the workaround for now.
