Unable to add Tidal albums to Roon library post re-subscription (ref#3OQHMP)

Tidal albums Add to Library does not work, then states "Album has been deleted".

Had Roon subscription with Tidal only. Ended subscription with both Roon and Tidal. Then, re-subbed with Roon but with Qobuz. Transferred Tidal library to Qobuz as directed by Roon using Soundiiz. Then, I re-subscribed to Tidal as well. Both services are signed in. Prefer Tidal selected as Streaming Service Preference. HAVE NOT used Soundiiz to transfer from Qobuz back to Tidal yet. Only 430ish favorited Tidal albums.

Problem: Although I can add Qobuz albums, I cannot add Tidal albums anywhere the + Add to Library option is found (track now playing screen, right-clicking track, Album Version screen, etc.). It either does nothing at all, or sometimes returns "Album has been deleted".

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Time 5:30-31pm Eastern Standard Time.

One attempt by selecting the Versions tab, clicking the “+ Add to Library”, which returned “Album has been deleted”.
Then a second time by clicking the “+ Add to Library” on the song now playing screen, which had no change at all.

Thanks for letting us know. We’ve activated diagnostics for your account and looking over your Roon logging it looks like you’ve hit the 10,000 album/tracks favorite limit, which is the reason why you’re not able to add any more.

I’ve submitted a ticket for the dev team to display this error better on the user-facing side, but to resolve this issue on your end, you’d need to first remove some TIDAL content before you’re able to add more.

Ok, thank you. The “+ Add to Library” actually means “Add to favorites”. I thought only clicking the Heart icon made it a “favorite”. I appreciate your time.
