Unable to Authorize Account on New PC After Power Cut (ref#8KMD6V)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

I have a power cut at home so cannot use arc. I am trying to login on a PC. it recognises my account but won't authorise the account on the new pc

@Neil_Billingham, can you post a screenshot of what you are experiencing on the new PC? Is the PC onto which you are trying to logon your Roon Server or a Roon Remote? What is the error you are experiencing on your mobile device using ARC?
