Can not connect to my new HiFi Rose rs 130. It does not link up

Linked by Ethernet to a net gear switch to the Xfinity router.

Welcome to the Roon community! I’m sorry that a problem is what brought you here for the first time. Our records don’t show a Roon server associated with your account. Have you set one up with a different account?
