Unable to connect multiple endpoints to Roon after latest update (ref#WH3PXO)

Hello,
With the last version of Roon, I can't connect all my endpoints to Roon (Node, AirPort Express, OPPO 203), except the gears who are directly connected to my MBP, the Roon Core.
I've tried to remove the app without any results.

Nothing wrong with these devices

The issue you described does sound like a Network issue since the directly connected devices are working.

Is it correct that only Network attached devices are having issue connecting to Roon? What about wi-fi remotes, Android or IOS ?

Have you tried power cycling the Airport Express router?

I have the same issue.
I am running on a Mac Studio: Sequoia 15.0.1 connected to KEF LS50 II via ethernet.
It was working before this latest update.
All the audio options disappeared, except System Output.

If I set the Mac sound output to the KEFs, via Airplay, it works, but is not high definition audio.
It also worked directly over Audirvana.

Rebooting the MAC after this system update has resolved the problem.
Might want to inform others.
