Thanks for reaching out.

Just for due diligence, have you enabled Squeezebox support in Roon Settings?

If you’ve already gone through these steps, have you tried entering your Roon Server’s IP address as a workaround?

You also might have to switch to the current server in My Music -> Switch Library if you’ve recently migrated between RoonServer machines.
