Based on your account information, we’re not seeing any devices tied to your account, nor an active Roon subscription tied to the email address.
Can you confirm you’re logged into the correct account?
This is also quite an outdated version of Roon - I’d first head to our website and download the latest version of Roon to ensure you’re properly updated:
