I’m afraid we’ll need more information to take action on this report.

If you’re relying on a WiFi connection for your RoonServer machine, please first test with an ethernet connection instead.

Share the details of your network topology, including the relative arrangement of your RoonServer machine, your router, and any Zones or other networked-based equipment. Also share any error messages presented within Roon.

And, for due diligence, restart Roon and RoonServer before trying again.
