Hi @stephen_ollerton,
Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. Can you give some more details about what’s going on? Can you tell us what you see when you try to connect?

I noticed that you have a second server that has been used recently. Was this server active when you tried to connect to the Nucleus? If it was then you will need to deauthorize the other server in order to use your Nucleus.

Hi Daniel
I tried a reboot days ago and it did it in about 2 seconds.since then the Nucleus isn’t showing up when you choose the core only this MacBook Pro.

Hi @stephen_ollerton,

Can you explain a bit more about how your Nucleus is set up within your network versus your Mac? Let’s bypass any range extenders for now, and make sure you have a direct connection from your primary router to your Nucleus via ethernet.

Please make sure that Roon Server is stopped on your Mac - you can do this via the taskbar on your Mac.

We’re still not able to connect to your Nucleus from our servers, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs from the Nucleus to our File Uploader?

Thanks!
