Describe the issue

Unable to connect to Nucleus (rev B)

The nucleus seems to be operating but I keep on getting the message "waiting for Roon Server". I can access http://nucleus.local to restart, reinstall software.

Describe your network setup

Nucleus is connecting to Unifi Router (no switches in between) via LAN. It was working before the latest update to the current Version 1.0 (build 259) production

What happens if you click „Select a different Roon Server“? It should ask if it’s ok to disconnect from the current one, say yes. Then it should show you the servers it can find, probably your usual one

It does not ask me to disconnect from current one. It does not connect to my Nucleus (Rev B) but I can setup my MacBook as a Roon Server.

So what happens if you click the button? The only server that’s listed is the one on the MacBook?

Hey @Boriwat_Pinpradab,

Thanks for writing in, and welcome to the community!

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you’ve installed the early access version of Roon on your Nucleus, did you do this on purpose?

As a next step, I’d first get your Nucleus back on Production, since thats the current version of Roon on your Mac. Here’s more info on how to do this:

Let me know if you continue to have issues once you have Roon running on the same version across all your devices. Thank you! :+1:

@Benjamin - thank you for identifying the issue. I followed the instruction to downgrade the server.

Appreciate the support!
