Unable to connect to Nucleus; stuck on "Waiting for Your Roon Server..." (ref#WVYYXV)

Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Describe the issue

Cannot connect to Nucleus. All I get is the "Waiting for Your Roon Server..."

Describe your network setup

Ethernet to Nucleus. Same as for the last 3(?) years.

Can you connect a monitor or a TV to your Nucleus using HDMI? If so what do you see after the Nucleus has powered on? You might like to take a photo and post it here.

Also, if you look at the list of connected devices in your router’s web admin pages, do you see your Nucleus listed?

The HDMI shows nothing and Roon does not show in the list of connected devices.
Thanks for your advice.

Hi @Chris34 ,

Thanks for reaching out. Since there is no HDMI output from the Nucleus, there is likely a boot issue with the Nucleus potentially due to the motherboard. Please complete the below form to get in touch with our RMA department for next steps:

Thank you!
