Hi @Mark_Stein,
I’ve reopened your previous support topic and merged posts so all the history is together.
I’ll notify Roon support as well.

Thanks. Roon support…do you think you are free to assist today?
Official support is out of office during the weekend.
Any ideas for getting unofficial support today (weekdays are very hard on my end)?
What for? Did you reduce your library (track count) size? Did you upgrade the RAM of your Nucleus? If nothing has been done so far then you’re still at the same point (Wait for the email from Roon Labs).
I am all but certain that the issue is simply tied to the fact that I have a new Unifi network set up and there must be a setting within that is causing the problem. I think I need someonw that is very familiar with network settings to help resolve
Then you best search for someone nearby you that can come over for a visit and take a look as it is hard to troubleshoot from afar over text messages and pictures. If you want to know the Roon side of things you can have a look at the logs yourself or wait for Roon Support to have a look at them.
You could also try to ask UniFi support to take a look if you think the issue is related to your specific UniFi setup.
Hi @Mark_Stein,
Sorry to hear you’re still having issues!
It looks like the Nucleus still has 8GB of RAM, have you tested temporarily only importing a smaller subset of your library to test performance?
Thank you!
