Hi @Tony_Wu,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Are you able to access your Nucleus’ web admin page? If you can please share a screenshot of it with us. Also can you ensure that your Windows 11 remote is on the same subnet as your Nucleus?

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply.

No, i wasn’t able to log on to Roon server with either browser or app, therefore cannot get into Web admin page too. It was working fine for a year, and i have not made any change to network setting… For some reason, Roon server just stopped being visible to network.

I have also tried wire roon nucleus directly to router (bypass hubs) via ethernet cable, but still no success. Let me know if you have other suggestions?

Thanks!
Tony

Hello @Tony_Wu ,

Thanks for the information. I am looking over your account diagnostic but it appears that your Nucleus hasn’t been seen for several weeks at this point. Are you able to connect an HDMI cable from the Nucleus to a TV and try to turn it on? Does it properly display the diagnostic screen?
