Describe the issue

After Internet provider, I cannot connect any more to Roon ARC from outside my home network. From the remote app Roon/Roon Arc, everything is fine.
I have tried changing the settings of my router to no avail.
My Roon core is a Nucleus. I believe something might be wrong in my settings (especially IPv6 firewall), but not sure how to configure it. Screenshots below.

Describe your network setup

My Internet provider is Fastspeed (Denmark). My router is a Icotera i4882-00. Not using any extenders.

Hello @LeScud ,

Thanks for your message. Since you switched ISPs, it sounds like they may have installed an additional router in your setup. Are you by any chance able to set your ISP router in “Bridge Mode”? This effectively turns it into modem-only mode and let your Icotera router handle all the routing.

Hi Noris and thanks for the follow-up.

I actually called my ISP and we found the problem. Fastspeed automatically sets up CGNAT. They immediately offered to switch to fix IP address (for an additional 19 DKK/month), and that fixed the issue.
My former provider (Norlys + TDC fiber) did not require such option, so I suppose they still use fixed IP as a standard. Might be worth for other Danish users.
