Brand new Nucleus+.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Description Of Issue
I updated to 1.7 core. Assigned a fixed IP address.
It is connected to network but the Client finds the Nucleus and then immediately disconnects.
I can ping it. It shows up on the switch as connected, but your client software is unable to connect.
I did a hard reset. Can you do a factory reset on the device. Please advise. Is their a number I can call support?

Like most networked devices, Nucleus defaults to DHCP for the configuration of its network interface. Using a static IP for Nucleus is often not required and not recommended
Is it possible to log into the Nucleus admin web page?

Hi @Steven_Haines ,
Can you access the Nucleus Web Administration Interface ? Can you share a screenshot of this?
Can you confirm that the remote devices are also fully up to date?
