Describe the issue

Hadn't had Roon open in a few weeks. Absolutely no changes to my setup. After today's big announcement about 2.65, I tried to fire up Roon. Unable to find Roon Server. After a reset or two, was able to find the server but not make a connect. It just sits there with the Roon logo.

Describe your network setup

TP-Link Archer AX50 router, Netgear GS105 switch, Nucleus+.

Hi @rcaudio,

Thanks for checking that detail. The issue here is that only the Samsung Roon Remote app updated, while your Roon Server on the Nucleus did not.

Please update the server as well, then try connecting again. That should get things back in sync after the 2.65 update.

Let us know what you see after the server update.

@alex_h The problem was I couldn’t connect at all to my Nucleus after multiple attempts. I powered it down and rebooted it and it finally came back. I now have 2.65 installed. So this issue can be closed. Thx

Hi @rcaudio,

We’re glad to hear a reboot resolved it. We’ll mark this as Solved for now, but please reach out here in a new topic thread if anything comes up and we’ll reactivate the conversation as necessary.
