Thank you for reaching out. We can see your Nucleus+ was last online 15 days ago, so it appears it may have gone offline at some point.
Could you please check the following:
- Is the Nucleus+ powered on - does the power button on the back glow?
- Is the Ethernet cable connected and does the port on the Nucleus+ show a green/amber activity light?
- If you have an HDMI cable handy, connect the Nucleus+ to a TV or monitor - what do you see on screen?
