· i use eero. On my computer (Windows Surface Pro/Win 11), i have no problem finding my new NAS drive. Roon can't login to it. I note that two factor authentication is turned on for my NAS which could be the problem, but can't turn it off, nor get Roon to login with two factor.
2FA is fortunately probably not the issue, since it only applies to the DSM web login app. This is likely just a path format or resolvable credential entry error.
Are you able to share a screenshot of the network share you’re adding in Roon Settings → Storage?
The easiest way to do this is to point Roon at the IP instead of the hostname. Have you tried using the IP address instead of the hostname or browsing when adding the share?
Alternatively, you can add the network share as a drive letter path via Windows and then assign that as a local Watched Folder in Roon. Map a drive letter (Z:) in File Explorer with Reconnect at sign-in and Connect using different credentials checked, so Windows stores the NAS login in Credential Manager. Then add Z:</code> as the watched folder.
