Describe the issue I am unable to find a way of disabling ARC resampling to 48K on my new Moondrop MIAD 01 phone. This phone bypasses the Android SRC limitations. Tidal and Qobuz apps output at at up to 192K no problem.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of ARC. It only works with USB DACs not the inbuilt DACs on DAPs or the MIAD01. There are open feature requests:
Hello fellow Roonaphiles/Roonians/kangaRoons,
I’ve been using the Roon free trial on desktop and am thoroughly enjoying the experience streaming Qobuz. I hopped over to my android phone to use the app with my Zorloo Ztella and noticed that everything was being converted to 48/24.

As of now, ARC always performs SRC so it’s stuck at awful 44.1kHz. Please add option to play bit-perfect audio for supported devices. (e.g. DAPs)
