I am unable to find a way of disabling ARC resampling to 48K on my new Moondrop MIAD 01 phone. This phone bypasses the Android SRC limitations. Tidal and Qobuz apps output at at up to 192K no problem.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of ARC. It only works with USB DACs not the inbuilt DACs on DAPs or the MIAD01. There are open feature requests:
