Hello @Lewis_Steinfeld ,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out.

I am looking over your account diagnostics and it looks like there is a Nucleus being detected, but not set up at the following local IP address: 10.0.0.99

If you open a web browser and try to navigate to this address are you able to properly access the Web UI?

I can get to the UI but didn’t know what to do from there.

Hi @Lewis_Steinfeld ,

I have re-opened your case here as per your private message that the issue is not resolved yet. Please let us know once you are back at the Nucelus and are ready to proceed with troubleshooting.

The general process is to navigate to Roon Settings → General, then disconnect from the laptop, and then select the Nucleus One from the list. If you are having any issues with the steps, please share a few screenshots of where you have difficulties in the process so we can properly advise. Thanks!
