Hey @jeftan, welcome to the community, and thanks for the details you’ve shared so far.
“No Roon Servers found” usually means the app cannot discover a Roon Server on your local network, so the key is to pin down where the server is actually running and how it is connected.
Before we go further, a few things would help us narrow this down:
What device is your Roon Server running on, for example Windows, macOS, Linux, Nucleus, or ROCK?
Is that device connected by Ethernet or WiFi, and are your Roon Remotes on the same network?
Are you seeing this in Roon Remote, or are you trying to set up Roon ARC?
If you can, please describe exactly what you see on the screen after the error appears.
Just checking in on this. Were you able to confirm which device is running your Roon Server, how it is connected, and whether your Roon Remote or Roon ARC is on the same network? If you are seeing the same “No Roon Servers found” message, the subnet and IP range guide we shared can help us tell whether the devices are being separated by the network. Please reply with what you see on screen and any updates, and we will take it from there.
