Unable to Find Roon Server on Nucleus After Software Update (ref#ON46Q9)

Describe the issue

Updated software per prompt when starting Roon Desktop app (MAC). No long can find Roon Server on Nucleus

Can you access the Web Administration interface of the Nucleus, and if so, can you post a screenshot of it?

No, I can not access the WAI. The unit no longer shows up on my internet. I am able to see all devices on my Ubiquiti Unify network and the Nucleus Plus no longer shows up. To reiterate, opened Roon and servers was found. Found prompt at bottom saying devices had an available update. Clicked update and now no device found on internet. I plugged an HDMI monitor in but there in no signal from the Nucleus plus. Power button does not respond to short push but can restart with long push. Help please…

  • Is the unit still within the 2 year warranty period?
  • Did you buy it from a dealer or direct from Roon Labs?

Regarding warranty, no, purchased 11/6/21 so 5 months out of warranty.
