Unable to get on to ROON

Description of Issue

I am a lifetime member
today when I clicked on ROON it asked for my sign in and password
it then went to a black background page saying "CHOOSE YOUR ROON CORE the icon just goes around and around
there is no way to exit this page
i have ‘forced quit’ and also ‘restart’ and ‘shutdown’ my 2022 mac mini M1 16 GB RAM
i am connected to my network spectrum
i have never had this problem before
how do i restart my ROON

sorry forgot the other stuff( that IMHO have nothing to do with this problem)
my CORE MACHINE i guess is my 2022 mac mini m1 16GB RAM
i have no networking gear i have my mac connected to ethernet and WiFI both by Spectrum connected to new Schiit Audio Yggdrasil DAC and Schiit Ragnarok Amp to Legacy Audio speakers
DAC for MQA to my MAC which i hardly ever use
i don’t keep track ofmy tracks nor do i care ithink around 30000+
EVERYTHING else works TIDAL/QOBUZ/AUDIRVANA STUDIO/google/cloud based medical records
please just tell me how to get rid of that page and return to my sign which i haven’t to do in very long time

Hi, sorry for your inconvenience.
I can’t help you, but I would test the login after restart of the router OR with using mobile internet connection instead of network to exclude spectrum as cause of the problem.

hi I changed administrators both are me and was told i was already signed in went to my other me administrator and voila roon came back on after signing in with my password
you folks are nice/helpful but all you answer is like your’s “do something with the router” etc why would spectrum have any connection to this?? why does TIDAL Qobuz Audirvana Studio all work and NEVER give me a problem
