Hi @Richard_Z ,
Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. Can you try using a different browser to sign in? Some extensions or settings can affect the login process? If that doesn’t work please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader and we will look deeper into the problem.

hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply. I uninstalled ROON (delete all old files and data) and re-installed again this morning, but still can’t login. I’ve uploaded logs to file Uploader, please check.

Thanks for your help!

Sorry I should have been more specific about what files to upload. We need your RoonServer logs and we need all of them to diagnose your issue.

hi Daniel,

Re-send RoonServer Logs to File Uploader, please check. thanks!

Your log files show that you’re running into networking issues. This would explain why you are having issues with logging in and identifying new tracks as both operation require an outside connection. Previously other users have noticed that which VPNs allow them to use Roon from China can change. Is Roon banned in China? - #3 by xxx It’s likely that this is the root of your issue.
