Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?
· Music won’t play or issues with my library
Music won’t play or issues with my library
· Local files won't import or appear
Tell us what's going on
· Apple music. I can find the file, but nothing imports. I have tried refresh and still nothing happens.
Tell us about your home network
· Local setup. Mac mini is where the music is located and the Roon Server app.

Hey @taftkv, welcome to the community, and thanks for the details.
What you describe usually means Roon can see the folder, but it is not treating the contents as importable music.
Could you confirm what file format the Apple Music files are in, and whether they are DRM-free local files?
Once you’ve checked those points, let us know what you see and we’ll go from there.
