That’s not much to go on to be able to offer advice.
Can you describe in detail what hardware and OS you are attempting to install Roon on … and what step is being problematical?
Also if there are any error messages can you take screenshots as that will also help Roon’s technical support team to diagnose.

We’ll need a little more description to take specific action on this report.
If you open the Task Manager, do you see RoonServer running as a background process?
It sounds like you’re using a Windows computer for your RoonServer machine - please first ensure that you’ve added all of Roon’s processes to the Windows Defender firewall (and any other security software/antivirus software you have installed).
