Unable to load Roon on new computer after setup attempt (ref#79187D)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

· Roon won’t start up at all

Tell us what's going on

· Computer died tried to set up room on new computer and it will not load. I can sign into a screen that has start trial and a screen that has financial information but cannot get past that screen.

Could you please record a screen capture showing how you’re trying to sign in and upload the video to our Media uploader?

Additionally, please grab the logs folder from the RoonServer and Roon directory by following these instructions and upload them to our Logs uploader.

Just checking in on this. Were you able to capture a screen recording of the sign-in process and upload it to the Media uploader, along with the logs folder from both RoonServer and the Roon directory to the Logs uploader? If you have those ready, please send them over, let us know and we can take a closer look.
