It will help if you add, please, the version of Roon which you are using and the platform (Mac, iPad etc) and operating system…
Are you sure that your smartphone is in the same subnet as your Nucleus+?
I am using roon 1382 software, roon server uses windows operating system!
Sorry, but can you clarify: do you have a Nucleus+ (running Roon Server) as well as the Roon Server running on your Windows PC?
And please answer my question about subnets.

I am marking your case here as solved since as per your other thread we have determined that your Nucleus needs to be sent in for RMA (no HDMI output).
