Thank you for your post. Are you able to reliably login on the same device using the KKBOX account webpage or their web player instead of Roon?

Please verify that content blockers are disabled in the browser you’re using on this device to sign in.

I’d also check that a reliable DNS server is assigned in your network environment - we recommend Cloudlfare (1.1.1.1).
