Registration and use of the iPhone in the same network is possible without any problems. ROON Core says ARC can access my server.The APK APP has already been reinstalled. Tried APK APP from the PlayStore and from the ROON download page, the result is the same for both.

Thank you for your post. Were you previously able to login to ARC on the Cayin N7, or has this DAP never functioned with that particular app?

The team will investigate diagnostics. In the meantime, we want to suggest a few due diligence items first:

  1. If available, clear all cookies and disable any content blockers in the web/browser settings.

  2. Open Roon on the same device and sign in there before opening ARC.

The device is new, was complete. untouched.

Only the ROON APP, ARC APP and Bubble UPnP were installed.

The ROON APP works perfectly. Even opening the ROON APP does not change the behavior of ARC and the error message in the photo.

All clear, the solution came with the hint of the browser settings (point 1). I thought which browser it wasn’t installed. Play Store etc. worked, I didn’t need anything else. There is no browser installed out of the box, I installed Chrome and it works.
