Unable to log in to Roon app after changing password (ref#UMKEF6)

Describe the issue

A few days ago, I changed my account password and it was successful. Then I can't log in to the Roon app again. After entering the account password, the account number is correct, but every time I return to the login screen.

The ASUS router I use has been no problem in the past

Hi @Gao_Jiabao,

Are you using any VPNs within your setup? This may cause issues as they’re not fully supported with Roon.
