Hi @Udo_Wawrziniok,

Our diagnostics servers indicate that you have two active Roon Server machines; a Roon license can only authorize on server machine at a time.

One of these servers is a standalone, headless machine, so it’s our assumption that’s your intented main Roon Server. The other server is installed on a computer alongside Roon Remote. If you are launching Roon Server on startup or when opening Roon, you might be inadvertently signing into the locally-installed server, which would have deauthorized your original server. This can create the condition you’re experiencing.

Which machine do you intend to use as your main Roon Server?

I run a Nuc with ROCK on it, so the standalone ist the Main Server. Tried to deinstall every Roon App on computers, Android and Iphone, only the Main Server should run now.

Turned Off every Computer and try to reach Roon from Android Tablet, but no success.

I can reach ROCK via ip Adress, everything seems to be fine. But there ist no Chance to reach it from any App.

Maybe i have to Reinstall Rock in the NUC?

NUC was off for two weeks. After restarting it today, the Problems began. Nothing changed in Network or adjustments.

Hello @Udo_Wawrziniok ,

Just to confirm, you tried to reboot the ROCK, and the issue was still the same? According to diagnostics, it looks like there are several IP address ranges, a 192.168.178.XYZ and a 10.5.0.2.XYZ range, are your Roon remotes and ROCK on the same subnet? You can try an OS reinstall from the WebUI if you wish, it shouldn’t touch the database. Let us know if that helps.
