Unable to log in to Tidal

Getting “bad user name or password”, however have no issue logging in to Tidal via the Tidal client app using very same login credentials. Tried restarting Roon Core, as was recommended in one of the related posts - it did not help.

Core is running on Synology NAS, Roon client on Mac Mojave 10.14.5. Both ver 1.6, build 416, 64 bit.

Did you restart the NAS or just the roon process? I would try the NAS restart if you haven’t.

I did not, but now did, and it seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks @wizardofoz!
