Description of Issue

My subscription lasts till July 22 this year but I can’t log in. The site wants to give me a free trial/

I have a 10 year old hp running Windows 10. It works well

Connected Audio Devices

Not relevant to sign in, but I run the signal from the PC to a Denon amp through Paradigm Monitor speakers (lovely sound)

Home Network Details

Direct connection to the router vis Orbi satellites

How did you ask Roon Labs for help?

I used the request help in the support form. I did get an answer back this morning from them and it is resolved. Thanks for your help.
