Unable to log into Qobuz on Chromebook via Roon (ref#77U6OP)

I can log into my room account but when I try to log in on my Chromebook to play qobuz it will not let me log in and just keeps taking me back to same screen

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report - welcome to the Roon Community as well! We’re happy to have you here, but also apologize in that it’s an issue that has prompted your recent post.

Do you run into this issue no matter the remote device you attempt to log in with, or are you only seeing this issue on your Chromebook?

If possible, are you able to test out using a different web browser when going through the login process? It may be worth clearing your browser cache/cookies as well to see if the same issue occurs.

From the diagnostic data available on your account, it looks like you were able to successfully log into your Qobuz account and even load some playlists. Could you please clarify the current issue you’re facing? If possible, could you also share a screenshot of your Settings > Services screen?

We wanted to check back in since we didn’t see a response to my colleague’s post above.

Most login issues are caused by the browser’s adblock or cookie settings. If you’re using Chromebook, the default browser will be Chrome. Make sure that Chrome isn’t has no adblockers enabled, and try going to Tools → Delete Browsing Data to clear the cookies.

Next, go to the Roon accounts page in Chrome and sign in there. Do you encounter the same login loop as before? If not, open Roon and try to login.

If this doesn’t help, please let us know. Take note that this thread will auto-close in a few days if we don’t receive a response, after which you’ll simply need to create a new support request and we’ll pick up the case from there.
