Unable to login after buying a subscription


Earlier today I bought a year’s subscription after I had a trial that I had canceled.
I received a receipt by email.
I tried to login to my account now and I still get “Membership Expired”.
It might be important to say that I did not buy the subscription using the website, it was via email correspondence with a member of the support team.

Can anybody help?
