Unable to login after repair due to existing Nucleus account message (ref#73E1DO)

Is Roon Server running?

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

Describe the issue

The repair service has setup a completely new hd and flash drive. Now I cannot login because it says you have already a mucleus. Please pay. It took more than 6 months to repair my roon. Please do not use 6 months to let me login.

Click the Unauthorize button that you probably see. This removes the license association from the old Nucleus and then you can choose your new one.

However, if you want to transfer a database backup and possibly music files from the old Nucleus to the new one, follow this guide:
