Just for due diligence, have you disconnected and logged back in to lastfm in your Roon Prorifle? Please also confirm the same credentials work on their login page directly.
Do you have more than one Profile in Roon? Are you able to login using the new credentials on a second Roon profile, if so?
Please share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing in the Roon Profiles dialog window.
Thank you! The error was mine since I was using my email not the username. Really appreciate your help. I have only had to use Roon support a couple of time in the 4 odd years I have been a subscriber and have been impressed with the quality of support each time.
