We’re eager to assist, but we’ll need some more specific information in order to provide effective technical support here.

What is the particular device with which you’re having issue opening Roon? Is it a RoonServer machine, or a Roon Remote? Our diagnostics servers see at least two Roon Remotes associated with your account, one of which also hosts RoonServer, but neither of these is Linux-based as you indicated in your post.

Please ensure you’ve added Roon as an exception to any network security, including the Windows Defender firewall. Updates (both Roon and Windows) can sometimes cause firewalls to remove Roon from the safelist because they see a new binary.

The more information you can provide, the better resourced we’ll be to help you. Please include any relevant screenshots as well.

Are we correct in assuming that you were able to resolve this problem behind the scenes?

If you still need help, please clarify if you’re trying to open the Roon GUI on a Linux-based machine or using another operating system. We see that your account environment also includes other devices.
