Unable to play music post-update due to "You've already signed in" message on Roon (ref#C053R8)

Describe the issue

I just updated Roon and cannot play music. I receive a screen that status, "You've already signed in" with the option of Get more authorizations or Contact support. My device show up at the bottom of the screen "Davids-Mac-mini", which is my Roon core. Please advise.

Describe your network setup

Ubiquiti UDM with Ubiquiti wired WAP's omn CAT 6 - I have zero network issues with a 1Gb fiber circuit.

Just hit unauthorize.
Then log in to your Roon Server from the list it will provide.
Don’t worry about any warning it might give.

Yes, please try to unauthorize your previous Roon Server and re-authorize it and that should help resolve this.

Also to clarify, did you use any other Roon Server in before the current one, or has it been a long time since you’ve opened Roon?

If the server hasn’t changed and you have any details to share, it could help understand the root cause better.
