Unable to play NAS albums on CarPlay with Roon ARC (ref#PXG1HO)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

With Roon on SYNOLOGY NAS latest version, ARC latest version on iOS18.1, iPhone 15 Pro
ARC works great on the iPhone,all album are played,
but with CarPlay when I go to my library, album, it is impossible to read the albums stored on the NAS but the Qobuz albums can be read without problem.

Is it a bug?

Thank you for your post.

Do you see any errors in the ARC settings page related to RoonServer connectivity? What about in Settings → ARC within Roon itself?

it is impossible to read the albums stored on the NAS but the Qobuz albums can be read without problem.

Can you please share a screenshot from ARC that illuminates what you’re describing here?

How is your NAS connecting to the internet - please list any hardware that sits between the main, upstream router and the NAS itself, especially managed switches or access points.

If the issue is limited to local files, then we want to troubleshoot the upstream connection from RoonServer (and your local storage) to ARC.
